Kavi Pradeep Not Invited to Lata Mangeshkar Concert

Kavi Pradeep was not invited to Lata Mangeshkar's Ae Mere Watan Ke Logon Concert that happened on 26 January 1963 at National Stadium, Delhi. Interestingly, Kavi Pradeep prepared Lata Mangeshkar to sing Ae Mere Watan Ke Logon under the guidance of music director C Ramchandra. Initially both Lata Mangeshkar & Asha Bhonsle were supposed to sing Ae Mere Watan Ke Logon in front of Pandit Nehru but ultimately Asha Bhonsle backed out and Lata Mangeshkar sang Ae Mere Watan Ke Logon as a solo.
