Facebook profile:   / cakeshare   COCOA SPONGE CAKE: 50g seed oil 55g dark chocolate 35g milk 15g cocoa powder 60g "00" flour 15g milk 4 eggs 65g sugar NUTELLA CREAM: 300g mascarpone 150g nutella 100ml cream 40g powdered sugar 30g toasted hazelnuts COCOA BATH: 50g water 3g cocoa 10g sugar DECORATIONS: Nutella Frosting Ferrero Rocher DOSES FOR: 6/8 PEOPLE SPONGE CAKE DIAMETER: 16 CM N.B: the cake does not present major difficulties, however, you must be careful when modeling the cake with Nutella cream. Fortunately, it is not hot now but being very delicate it does not take too long and immediately afterwards it should be left in the fridge for at least an hour, so that it can compact well and not give problems to the cut. If you see I keep a small amount of cream aside, with it you can decorate the cake as you like. The cocoa bath is really simple to prepare: you just need to mix the cocoa with the sugar in a small bowl, add the water, continue to mix and then heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes (every minute stop the microwave and stir).
