Last of three fairly boring and technically inept videos (although perhaps with some historic interest) recorded during events in Philadelphia at the 1976 bicentennial celebrations. (Recorded on the bulky Sony camcorder I owned at the time and somewhat thankfully rescued from the obsolescence of the recording format used to record it.)
