ご覧いただきありがとうございます。 セリアで購入したミニシフォン型でシフォンケーキをつくりました。 シリコン製なので、焼き上がりに型から抜くのも楽で扱いやすいです。 手のひらサイズなので、卵1個分のシフォン生地で2台焼くことができます。 ミニサイズで仕上がるととても可愛いのでおすすめです！ プレーンなのでココアや抹茶を入れたり、紅茶を加えたりいろんなアレンジで楽しんでください！ 米粉で作る場合は薄力粉をそのまま置き換えてください。 【レシピ】ミニシフォン型2台分（直径約9cm） 卵黄　1個分 砂糖　5g 油　　10g 牛乳　10cc 薄力粉　20g 卵白　1個分 砂糖　15g 生クリーム　100cc〜 砂糖　100ccに対して5〜10g ①卵黄と砂糖を白っぽくなるまで混ぜ、油、牛乳を加えてその都度混ぜる。 ②薄力粉はふるって加え、粉気がなくなるまで混ぜる。 ③卵白と砂糖でメレンゲをつくり、1/4ほど卵黄の生地に加えてよく混ぜる。 残りを入れたらさっくりと合わせる。 ④170℃に予熱したオーブンで17〜20分焼く。 ⑤焼き上がったら逆さにして冷ます。 ⑥デコレーションをして完成。 #シフォンケーキ #セリア #レシピ Thank you for watching.
