A Buttery And Crumbly Light Sweet Coconut Tea Cookies

Coconut Cookies Ingredients 250g butter (softened) 1/2 cup icing sugar 1/4 cup oil 1 tsp coconut essence 2 cups plain flour 1 cup desiccated coconut 1tsp baking powder Pinch of salt Method Preheat oven 170C Cream butter and sugar until smooth, add oil and Coconut essence. Mix flour, cornflour, baking powder powder, and salt together Gradually combine into a soft dough Pipe into small balls on a lined tray Bake 20-25 mins until the bottoms are lightly golden. Optional Cool and dust with icing sugar
