HP 5182A Waveform Recorder Generator - Maintenance, Calibration, Testing

In this episode we'll check out this Hewlett Packard 5182A Waveform Recorder Generator. This unique vintage instrument can record and store a signal, display it with measurements to an X-Y display or plotter/printer, and then generate an output of the signal from digital memory. It's essentially a digitizing oscilloscope (minus a built-in display) and arbitrary waveform generator in one package. The 5182A was the first of its kind in the 1980's.
