Ingredients: 1 lb fresh lump crab meat 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 1 large egg 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp butter Lemon wedges, for serving Instructions: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, instant mashed potatoes, Greek yogurt, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine. 2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties. 3. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
