Hello everyone, today I'm sharing a recipe for a raspberry and white chocolate entremet. The freshness of the raspberries pairs perfectly with the white chocolate mousse and the lime in the biscuit. Entremets aren't quick to make, but they're definitely a type of pastry I particularly love.
