Stretching For Front Splits

Follow along with my 20 minutes stretching for front splits routine. To get the most out of this video make sure to warm up beforehand with some light cardio or dynamic stretches. The warmer the muscles, the deeper you will be able to go into each stretch. I am holding each stretch for over a minute to really loosen the muscles and improve flexibility.
