Improve your upper body flexibility with us =]. We are back with contortionist Pixie Le Knot for the 2nd part in our Contortion series. Last week we learnt all about leg flexibility, whereas this week we are now focusing on the upper back, shoulders and neck. These stretches are extremely important if you want to be able to develop your bridges, chest stands, walkovers and more, so make sure to stretch along with us throughout the video! This episode features a variety of partner stretches, so you will get more out of it if you have someone to stretch with you, however, you can still do most of the movements alone, and can just skip the ones you can't.
