L'incidente mortale di Pasolini e Saarinen a Monza nel 1973

Fifty years have passed since the two tragedies at the Curvone in Monza in 1973: the one on May 20th at the GP of Nations, when Renzo Pasolini and Jarno Saarinen lost their lives at the start of the 250cc race, and the one on July 8th, when Carlo Chionio, Renzo Colombini, and Renato Galtrucco died at the same point on the circuit during an Italian Junior Championship race. These two tragedies not only prompted a profound reassessment of the safety standards at the Brianza circuit, but also paved the way for a series of changes. They also paved the way for the establishment of Dr. Claudio Costa's Mobile Clinic, which was present in Monza on the day of the Jarno and Paso tragedy. Gualtiero Repossi of Motociclismo d'Epoca shares the story of those cursed days that changed the history of motorcycling. #motorcycling #vintagemotorcycling ------- Subscribe to our channel to see all our Motorcycling and Off-Road Motorcycling videos: https://bit.ly/34DmphS Follow us on social media: FACEBOOK Motorcycling:   / motociclismo.it   Off-Road Motorcycling:   / motociclismofuoristrada   Vintage Motorcycling:   / motociclismodepoca   INSTAGRAM Motorcycling:   / motociclismoit   Off-Road Motorcycling:   / motociclismo_fuoristrada
