Victor has transformed reading into a show for "Românii au talent", and in his free time he promotes reading. „Cărțile pe față” became viral on the internet, vouching people to post a selfie with a book representative of them. Victor has worked towards providing free travel in Cluj for people who have a book on hand.He organises 'Reader Galas', an he is a TEDx Cluj curator.
