Let stand overnight. Shape into 12 rolls. Let rise 2 hours on floured sheet. Score tops. Bake in a hot oven (425) until golden or slightly charred. PORCUPINE Brine sliced cuts of porcupine meat overnight in 1/2 gal water and 1/2 cup salt. Stew the porcupine in simmering water with salt and halved onions for 2 hours. Pull out meat. Bath in a bowl of hot bbq sauce and let sit to absorb flavor. Enjoy! "COWBOY SAUCE" MONTANA, from the WORLD'S FAIR, 1930s 2 pounds butter 2 1/2 quarts water 1 cup vinegar 1/2 TBS mustard 1/4 cup sugar 3 TBS salt 3 TBS chile powder 1 tsp red pepper 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce 2 TBS Tabasco 3 TBS pepper 4 tsp paprika 1 onion, chopped fine 1 clove garlic, chopped fine Combine all and simmer/boil until sauce reduces. Enough for 18 BBQ chickens!
