This is a Homily for 3rd Sunday of Ordinary time year C. Why eyes were fixed on Christ in the synagogue? During this Galiean period of Jesus, we are called to focus on the person of Jesus Christ, how he lived, how he worked and how he prayed. on this 3rd Sunday of ordinary time, we reminded to fix our eyes, our minds and our attention on the person of Jesus christ. In his daily life, Jesus went to the synagogue on the sabbath day, do we go to church on Sunday? Are we good news to the poor?
