Today, I'm taking you to Normandy, to the Gonnegirls farm. Claire (formerly in Parisian pubs, originally from South Africa) and Gaëlle (formerly in impact finance, from Normandy) tell us how it all started… over a beer. Then three. And a decision: to take over an abandoned farm and build a model in their own image. There, they've set up a diversified farm: rotational grazing for laying hens organic market gardening horse boarding farm stays (gîtes, seminars, weddings) But setting up the farm isn't all pretty vegetable plots: ➡️ everyday sexism ➡️ the reality of tools not designed for the body, ➡️ and above all… the moment you realize you can give it your all and still burn out.
