Utrecht Marathon - My 3rd Race in 3 Weeks
I successfully completed my 3rd consecutive marathon in 3 weeks. I do need to admit that it wasn't easy, not physically nor mentally. I learned a lot, and my overall condition also improved significantly 👌 However I don't recommend it though 😅 (unless if you are really well prepared!). The 3rd one was a bit easier than the ING Night Marathon, this time i got to start at 10am, which is a big difference... As most races, things don't always go according to plan, Cindy didn't managed to reach the half way point so my foreseen hydration plan was not executed how i wanted. Luckily there were enough water stations so i could stay hydrated (just didn't had my electrolytes then 🤷♂️). The next challenge is to run my biggest ultra so far, which will be a 105Km ultra in the mountains of Austria.
