The Most Beautiful Bay in Britain? - Falmouth, Cornwall
Falmouth never disappoints. In this walk, I start along the quay with it's calm harbour views, before heading out towards Pendennis Point - one of the most spectacular vantage points anywhere in Cornwall. From here you can look straight down Carrick Roads, the third deepest natural harbour in the world, guarded by the 16th century castles of Pendennis and St Mawes. It's a place where history, sea, air, and scenery all collide.
