Así Se Come en la Calle: Tacos Bien Servidos y Sin Medida

Today I wandered through the streets of Pedregal de San Nicolás. On the corner of Opichén and Bokobá, I stumbled upon Tacos El Carrito: a simple little stand, but with GIANT tacos. Every day they prepare eight different fillings, all made by a woman named Cesar. They're open Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., but in those hours you can see people arrive, order, smile, and leave with their hearts full. Because here, food isn't a business: it's a neighborhood tradition. If you know of a place like this in your neighborhood, let me know in the comments so I can check it out. I'm Pako Fonseca—see you in the next video.
