Edinburgh, Scotland. This week I’m in Edinburgh, where I started by walking up to Edinburgh Castle and taking in the views from the top. I then made my way down the Royal Mile, stopping to browse the souvenir, cashmere, and tartan shops along the way. As I passed St Giles’ Cathedral, the sound of bagpipes added to the atmosphere. I finished off by enjoying a traditional Scottish dish of haggis, neeps, and tatties. #edinburgh #scotland
