This is my complete routine for "turning on" your glutes while you run. For a lot of us, it can feel like we're overusing our hip flexors, quads, or shins. In this video, I first take you through stretches and exercises that teach you how to use your glutes in the motion of running. After the exercises, we put it to practice in the motion of running. I also give you a workout to put in your routine once a week to really solidify this new foundation.
