Chinese Takeaway Chicken Curry recipe | UK Takeaway Curry Dupe

Hi guys! Tonight we're making a Chinese Takeaway style chicken curry. This is as close to an actual take away curry as I can get....and is amazing similar to my local Chinese :) So thanks for stopping by and why not give it a go? _________________________________________________________________Shopping List: 1 Medium onion (chopped) 6 teaspoons Chinese 5 spice 4 teaspoons ground ginger 1 teaspoon garlic granules 1 teaspoon chilli powder or chilli flakes 2 tablespoons curry powder 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup 1 pint chicken stock 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 50ml double cream 3 teaspoons sugar (or just one if you don't like a sweet curry) 1 tablespoon cornflour (add water to make a paste) Olive oil for frying (about 3 tablespoons) _________________________________________________________________ See you soon guys, and take care :) x
