Another winter drive on summer tires resulted in an accident—he crashed into Alexandra Loseva's car. The deputy was barely injured, but the woman barely survived and was left disabled for life. A criminal case was opened, then went to court, but the proceedings dragged on. Only after our story was Vladislav Vasca expelled from the party, and the court sentenced him to two and a half years of restricted freedom. But even this didn't stop Vladislav Vasca, who, I repeat, was deprived of his license until 2050, from continuing to drive. Moreover, he founded his own biker club and became its president. Everyone knew about this: both the Vacha administration and the police, as he posted photos and videos on social media and participated in city celebrations. Vladislav Vasque owns a rehabilitation center that apparently brings in a significant amount of income, as people who send their children there expect treatment and pay for it. But according to people who've been there (who, incidentally, were lured there by trickery—supposedly for a talk with a psychologist and then not released), they end up not in a treatment facility, but in some kind of torture chamber.
