Artificial intelligence can replace part of the work currently performed by junior professionals. But if we eliminate those positions, how will we train the lawyers, consultants, finance professionals, and executives of the future? In this episode, we will analyze how AI is transforming company structures and why automating the most tedious tasks may carry a cost that does not appear on a spreadsheet: the loss of the process through which judgment, depth, and practical knowledge are developed.
