We recently visited the Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Avadhuta Ashram located near Air Force Academy Road, Dundigal, Hyderabad. This beautiful and divine Ashram was established in 1989 by Dr. Sri Sri Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji, who originally founded the Mysuru Ashrama in 1966 to promote Sanatana Dharma, spiritual upliftment, and world peace through Vedic Karma. The Ashram is home to many temples including: Sri Dattatreya Swamy Sri Marakata Kaaryasiddhi Hanuman Sri Trimukha Ganapathi Sri Rajarajeshwari Mata Sri Manikya Nageswara Swamy Sri Subrahmanya Swamy Sri Patala Panchamukha Hanuman and the Navagraha Mantapam 🛕 The main temple, painted in golden color, resembles the Swarnagiri Temple. Inside the temple, photography and videography are not allowed, maintaining its serene and spiritual ambiance. 🌿 The Ashram also includes: Annapurna Mandiram (Free prasadam hall) Goshala (Cow shelter) Hospital & Free Medical Camps Ammavodi Old Age Home Sri Datta Sabha Mantapam – accommodating nearly 10,000 devotees for spiritual and cultural programs. During Karthika Masam, special abhishekams and pujas are conducted.
