And don't forget to SUBSCRIBE to the channel to receive updates: http://goo.gl/EOSUCr INGREDIENTS Dough Flour 500 g Salt 7 g Melted margarine 50 g Vinegar or lemon juice 1 tsp Water 250 ml 🤍 Softened margarine 100 g + cornstarch 6 tbsp 🤍Possible fillings: Quince/Sweet potato 🤍Syrup: Water 150 ml + sugar 150 g Procedure: 1- Combine flour + salt + margarine + vinegar + water until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 10 minutes. 2. Roll out a very thin rectangle of dough, spread it with margarine, and sprinkle it with cornstarch. Roll it up and flatten it with your hand to form a rectangle. Let it rest for 10 minutes and repeat the same procedure. 3. Roll out the dough and cut it into equal rectangles. Place a quince paste in the center of one rectangle, moisten the edges of the dough, and cover it with another rectangle. Press the center down firmly and fold the edges to form the pastry. The key! Fry them first at a low temperature (approximately 130 degrees Celsius) until the layers separate. Then remove them and increase the oil temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and cook them until golden brown. For the syrup: 150 ml water + 150 g sugar. Bring to a boil over high heat, then let it simmer for 3 more minutes. Brush the pastries with the syrup while they are still hot!
