Strength Tabata // Intermediate Muscle Building HIIT Workout
Grab your weights and let's build strength with this great Tabata style workout! Tabata is a form of interval training with 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Each round is 8 minutes long, and this all standing workout has 3 rounds. You can use whatever size weights you have. Please use lighter weights if you are just beginning to strength train. You can increase the size of your dumbbells as you get stronger. For reference, I'm using two 12 pound dumbbells (5.5 kg). I hope you enjoy this workout!
