Hey my youtube fam!!! I missed you guys soo much! Let me start off by apologizing for not posting consistantly. I have been super busy with work and the days just feel so short. I will try my best to post more videos on a schedule. Hopefully this lasagna will make up for lost time lol!:) I made this for my mother in laws birthday ( because she asked for it) and she absolutely loved it! She said its the best lasagna she has ever eaten. I make mine a little different. Most people use Ricotta cheese, but I use cream cheese. I don't really care for ricotta, but this cream cheese in here makes the whole dish. Please try this and let me know what you think.
