Holding a Child ‘Hostage’

The plaintiff says the defendant knew she was a dancer when then began dating, but he soon had an issue with it. She claims he was mentally and physically abusive, and she’s suing him for unpaid child support. The defendant claims the plaintiff was the abusive one and had him falsely arrested.
