Mousse de Maracujá - Passion Fruit Mousse
Easy recipe of a favorite Brazilian dessert. Use the same ratio of all 3 ingredients: 1 can of sweetened condensed milk The same amount of Carnation's extra thick cream The same amount of passion fruit juice, either fresh from the fruit, or unsweetened frozen pulp or concentrated juice Mix everything together in a blender until smooth, then transfer to the serving dish and refrigerate for at least 3 hours If using heavy cream, mix the passion fruit and condensed milk first, then whip the heavy cream to firm peaks then fold in the juice and condensed milk mixture For the ice-cream version, do everything as above, take the mousse to the freezer for at least 6hs to turn it into an ice-cream.
