RAF Audit Outcomes The Road Accident Fund (RAF) says its overall audit outcome has improved compared to the prior year. This despite the Fund recording a deficit of 8.43-billion-rand in the 2022/23 financial compared to the over 400-million-rand surplus in the previous financial year. Collins Letsoalo held a media briefing where he also outlined new measures that the fund will be applying like not paying out foreign nationals who suffer injuries from accidents on South African roads.
