The Talking Point with KG Moeketsi Friday - Zola 7
Friday Wind Down with Zola 7 We close off the show with Kwaito legend Zola 7. He does not need much of an introduction. He’s been in the news for so many good reason: He was recently appointed as a "creative sector ambassador" by Arts and Culture Minister Zizi Kodwa and he has been honored with an Ubuntu and Art of Giving Award. He was also featured on the SABC 1 documentary series, Certified Classics, on the cultural impact of his debut album: Mdlwembe and how he formed part of the blueprint of Kwaito as a genre. He joins us to talk about his journey.
