INGREDIENTS Ā· Heavy cream for whipping (33%+, very cold) ā 500ā600 ml Ā· Sweetened condensed milk (cold) ā 200 g Ā· Vanillin ā 0.5 teaspoon Ā· Chocolate bar ā 100 g Ā· Raspberry jam (optional) ā 100 g --- INSTRUCTIONS 1. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Put them into a piping bag. Set aside. 2. Pour very cold heavy cream into a deep bowl. Whip for 7ā8 minutes until thick, fluffy, and holds its shape. 3. Add cold condensed milk and vanillin. Whip for 30 seconds ā just until combined. 4. Transfer the cream mixture into another piping bag. Tie the end tightly. 5. Dip the chocolate bag into hot water (60ā70°C / 140ā160°F) for 30ā60 seconds until the chocolate melts. 6. Take the bag out. Gently spread the melted chocolate with your hands along the inside of the bag ā not all the way, about 30ā40 cm. 7. Open the bag and blow into it to inflate. Then put the bag into a glass or cup. 8. Fill the same glass with the cream mixture from the other bag. 9. (Optional) Put raspberry jam into a separate small piping bag. Poke it into the center and gently squeeze. 10. Tie the main bag with a rubber band or string. Freeze for 6ā10 hours. Overnight is best. 11. When ready, take it out. Carefully remove the bag.
