Simple Japanese Chashu (Braised Pork Belly)

Aloha Everyone.. My mom makes a simple Japanese style pork belly. You can make it too. You can save money by making your own and I promise you that it is delicious. You can freeze it for later use, you can slice it and put it on ramen, place on top of your rice and make chashu bowl...or just eat it like that... yum yum recipe: Pork Belly water 150cc Mirin 100 cc Shoyu 200 cc Garlic 2 cloves (grate) green onion Ginger 1 small piece (grate) fry pork belly (no oil needed) until crispy and thoroughly cooked prepare the water, mirin, shoyu, garlic, ginger and green onion in pot wipe off excess oil off pork and put in sauce. Cook on medium for 20 minutes slice thinly that's it.. eat it however you want.. you can freeze it too..
