LET'S TALK ABOUT BURNOUT 👎 I don’t need to tell you that the past year was a hard one, you already know that. But I think one thing I don’t know if we’ve realized is it was even harder for our industry. We had so many uncertainties and challenges. Everything from stressing about how we’re going to make money and support ourselves to the risk to our own health and wellness to not having childcare and having to homeschool. It was a lot. 🤦‍♀️ In this video, I share how burnout affected me this past year (I get a little vulnerable) and I talk about how to overcome burnout.
