饭店的秘方三味酱 | Ikan Tiga Rasa 配上油炸鱼不腻不腥还很开胃 | Mr. Hong Kitchen

这种Tiga Rasa三味 在我们这里比较少人做 可能是不同地区做法风味叶不同 但我觉得好吃就可以了 希望大家喜欢    • 鸡肉料理 Chicken Recipe      • 蔬菜/豆腐 料理 Vegetables Recipe      • 汤类 Soup      • 猪肉料理 Pork Recipe      • 饭类 粉类 面类料理 Rice/Noodles Recipe      • 点心/小吃      • 海鲜料理 Seafood Recipe      • 蛋类料理 Egg Recipe   Ingredients (Diana Aw) 1. Golden pomfret, wash and pat dry. Lightly coat with salt 2. Garlic 7-8 cloves, minced and wash, squeeze dry 3. Shallots 4-5pcs, sliced and wash, squeeze dry 4. Lemongrass half stalk, cut thin slice 5. Red chilli padi 1pc, sliced and minced 6. Kaffir lime leave few pcs, cut smaller 7. Calamansi 6pcs, squeeze out the juice 8. Thai sweet chilli sauce 200g 9. Tomato sauce 2 tbsp 10. Sugar 5tsp 11. Fish sauce 2tsp 12. Corn flour or potato flour Method 1. Combine ingredients 7-10 in a bowl and mix till sugar melted. Then add ingredients ingredient 2-6 and mix. Lastly add fish sauce to taste. 2. Coat the fish with corn or potato flour lightly and deep fry till golden brown. 3. Transfer to a plate and pour the sauce (step 1) on the fish. 4.
