It's as simple as it gets—no tricks required. In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and softened butter. Add the milk and mix well. Then add the cocoa and flour. Add the baking powder to the flour or sprinkle it on top. Knead until smooth. Heat a small frying pan (I used a 17 cm frying pan). Reduce the heat to medium-low. Pour in the batter one ladle at a time, cover, and bake for 3-4 minutes. The top should be dry—this is the key indicator of doneness. Stack the finished cake layers on top of each other. Preparing the cream: Mix the egg, sugar, starch, and cocoa. Gradually pour in the milk, stir well, and place on the heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Then cool completely. Separately, beat the butter until fluffy and light in color. Add the cooled custard base, one tablespoon at a time, continuing to beat. You'll get a delicious, delicate, chocolatey, and fluffy cream. Spread the cake layers, decorate as desired, and the cake is ready.
