Woodturning- The HUGE Yew Log ‼️

Welcome to this week's woodturning video. Woodturning - The Best One Yet !! In this woodworking video I use a woodturning lathe to turn a beautiful chunk of brownheart olive ash into a decorative bowl. When woodturning a piece like this, I find it important to nibble away at it until I see what shape the wood wants to be. This is what is so enjoyable about woodturning. Big log to bowl (little bowl) but I find removing the wood in layers allows me to find the best possible shape.
