#LMZ3252 #LMZJuniorSpeedway #motospeedway Today I'll show you the only production motorcycle ever made by the Lviv Motorcycle Plant – the LMZ-3.252 "Junior 125 Speedway." It had an unusual design and was intended for training juniors in the basics of speedway. Since speedway is a rather specific discipline, the motorcycle itself turned out to be quite unusual. But that's from the layman's perspective. For motorcyclists, it was a perfectly acceptable training tool. Production of the LMZ-3.252 "Junior 125 Speedway" began in 1979 and continued until 1991. The motorcycle underwent numerous upgrades, featuring different frames, fuel tanks, seats, and even various engine modifications from the "Minsk" motorcycle. The motorcycle had a ground clearance of 70 mm and weighed 55 kg. The fuel tank capacity was 2 liters. The motorcycle was unified with the Verkhovyna mopeds and was equipped with an engine, first from the MMVZ-3.111, and then from the MMVZ-3.112. Some of the features from this motorcycle were later used on other LMZ sports motorcycles. The example in the video is equipped with a non-original kickstarter. This should not have been installed on a factory motorcycle.
