She remembers eating it for the first time when she moved to Rome after her marriage (in the 1990s). She was struck by it because, at the time, in her area, it wasn't customary to make sweets. Ingredients for the pastry: 360 g plain flour 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder 2 eggs 180 g butter 160 g sugar ½ teaspoon baking powder For the filling: 500 g ricotta 100 g powdered sugar 3 tablespoons chocolate chips 3 tablespoons rum vanilla extract Baking: 180°C for about 45 minutes
