New River Trail State Park, Virginia - Bicycling Heaven On Earth!

This trail is one of my favorite rides of all time and my preferred summer destination to enjoy mild temperatures and fresh air. Despite passing through some mountainous terrain, the trail itself has a very manageable and easy grade to traverse. The are many trestles and bridges along the entire length of this corridor and no two miles are alike on the entire journey.
