ACTU - Michel Anglade : Accident en Helico Classe 6 (ULM)

I have just learned of the passing of Michel Anglade, and this is an opportunity to briefly revisit Class 6 helicopters (ultralight aircraft) and the dangers they pose in certain situations. These three points will be addressed: the pilot's age (76 years old) the underpowered nature of these light, two-seater aircraft the two-bladed rotors with their low mass, resulting in low rotational inertia and therefore poor autorotation.
