Today I will give you a video on the beauty of Mukteshwar Hill Station and Satkhol village. This is our 3rd day of our Kumaon uttarakhand Tour. After spending a beautiful night in the homestay of Satbunga near Mukteshwar, we started our journey to Mukteshwar Hills and Satkhol village. The road from Mukteshwar to Satkhol is very scenic and goes via beautiful jungle and town of Sheetla. The whole area of Satbunga, Ramghar, Mukteshwar, Sheetla and further Satkhol is very peaceful, beautiful and rich in natural beauty with the views of snowcapped Himalayas and dense forest. Mukteshwar is 7100 feet and Satkhol is 6600 feet above sea level and recieves immense snowfall in the winter season. Mukteshwar is 51 kilometers from Nainital and Satkhol is 11 km from Mukteshwar. There are many hotels, resorts and homestays in the area of Satkhol, Sheetla and Mukteshwar to stay and food. The area of Sheetla and Satkhol village is filled with immense beauty of Himalayas and inner peace. There are so many places and sightseeing attractions near Satkhol, Sheetla and Mukteshwar which you can visit such as Choli ki jali, Bhalugaad waterfall, Sathol Himalayan Aashram, Peora village, Ramghar orchards area, Kilmora art shop, Mukteshwar Mahadev Temple, Inspection house, zero point, Himalayan view point and many beautiful treks, resorts, restaurants and Cafes. Our drive from Satbunga Mukteshwar to Satkhol village via the jungle of Sheetla is so memorable and remains forever in our minds especially the beautiful views of the Himalayan peaks from every corner of the road.
