City Power dismantles illegal electricity connections in Ennerdale
The battle lines have been drawn between City Power and Ennerdale residents, south of Johannesburg. The utility's technicians dismantled illegal connections in the area today. But residents have vowed, to simply reconnect. This despite the death of seven-year-old Zoe Sauls just days ago. She was electrocuted while playing with her friends at a disused soccer field.
