Empulse Has One Big Advantage Right Now

After watching more gameplay and hearing new details about Impulse, I'm honestly a lot more excited about this game than I was before. From the fast-paced movement and grappling to wall running, mechs, multiple game modes, mastery camos, ranked play, and a surprisingly consumer-friendly $20 price tag, Impulse is starting to stand out in a crowded FPS market. One of the biggest surprises for me is the decision to launch without battle passes, microtransactions, or premium cosmetic stores. In a time where almost every shooter is built around monetization, it's refreshing to see a game take a different approach. That being said, I still think the mech system is the biggest question mark. The movement and gunplay look fantastic, but I'm curious to see how the mechs evolve throughout Early Access and whether they can become a bigger part of the overall experience. In this video, I react to new gameplay footage, discuss the latest details, and share my thoughts on where Impulse is headed before its Early Access launch. What do you think about Impulse so far? Are you excited for the movement, the mechs, the game modes, or the no-microtransaction approach?
