DMZ Is Doing Something Other Extraction Shooters Don't

After watching all the new information about DMZ, I think we finally have a much clearer picture of what Infinity Ward is trying to build. From the new bounty system and wanted levels to the Forward Operating Base, operator progression, crafting, dynamic weather, AI improvements, story missions, and extraction mechanics, this version of DMZ looks significantly deeper than the original beta experience. The feature that stands out the most to me is the bounty system. The idea of building a reputation as a player hunter, becoming a wanted target, and having entire lobbies track you down creates the kind of player-driven stories that make extraction shooters so memorable. I'm also really interested in the Forward Operating Base, crafting system, operator progression, and the long-term replayability these systems could bring to DMZ.
