Hifi - 10 anni di prese in giro, gonfiati dai psicologi audio che mantenete pure gratis
For some time now, the "do-it-yourself" craze has been resurging in the audio industry. You can't build amplifiers, nor turntables, and CD players are out of the question. So, all you have left is the last resort in the hi-fi chain: speakers. Everyone's a genius at buying woofers, everyone's a master at going to the carpenter, but strangely, everyone's useless at making crossovers. So, you follow the various experts on YouTube who, for at least 10 years, have been teaching you how to make them, explaining how to build them, all engineers in the art of describing formulas, little formulas, graphs, and so on, but none of them, much less you, are capable of making a coil, calculating the number of turns, determining the diameter of the copper wire, let alone calculating an entire crossover, let alone whether it should be 4 or 8 ohms and what power it should handle. So, on the internet there are entire wild hordes of prophets, messiahs, gurus, professors, engineers, shoe shiners, and fortune tellers who teach you this magical and unrivaled art. The only shame is that all their inveterate charlatan chatter is that they're only capable of theoretically describing the steps to creating the crossover with a Harry Potter wand on the video screen. None of them are even remotely capable of creating a coil (inductance) from scratch and calculating it based on the speaker's impedance, much less its power handling capacity in watts. So, if they can't create a coil from scratch, let alone do the rest of the crossover. They've been fooling you into thinking stupid for 10 years, and for just as many years they've been asking you for subscriptions and monthly payments "to keep the channel going," despite being completely incapable of doing anything except paying for their time. I don't enjoy their number of views, nor have I asked for a single cent for 14 years, and I don't let any of you support me on YouTube. On the other hand, I know how to build crossovers from scratch, starting with the calculations, making the reels, and everything else. What do you deduce from this? That you follow those who milk you for money in exchange for chatter and entertaining you with abstract theories, given that, materially and physically, they are incapable of realizing the things they prattle about. Physically, the work of those people is "intellectual," they only move their tongues without any facts, while in the audio industry, the facts are what count, not the chatter. Of course, you audiophiles live on psychological "emotions" tied to virtual and verbal chatter, listening to theories, willing to pay to listen to various gurus, but, beyond the sterile chatter and joyful entertainment, what do you actually have and what do you actually have left in your hands? Keep listening and supporting your prophets, and when you have a real, palpable need, they obviously abstain, since their indoctrination is based solely on moving their tongues and even getting paid, since it costs money to give air to their vocal cords. Many of those gentlemen say that making videos requires effort, sacrifice, and wasted hours, but they do it for you, so since they put in the time and sacrifice, they never forget to tell you to get a subscription. I'd like to ask these intellectuals one thing, since you impose yourselves on your listeners and then also morally want to be supported, the question is: who makes you make these "sacrifices" and "waste so much time" to then ask for money? No one forces you to do it, do you do it on your own initiative? If you do it on your own initiative without being forced, because you ask people for money, who are also stupid to give you this money in exchange for useless chatter, you have mistaken audiophilia for psychology, probably because today the audiophile is repressed and oppressed, therefore to be treated by audio psychologists (for a fee obviously).
