20-Minute Dumbbell Workout | Train Your Whole Body This 20-minute full-body dumbbell session is designed to build strength, muscle, and endurance using just two dumbbells (I’m using 2x 10kg). With a mix of lower body, upper body, and core-focused movements, you’ll train every major muscle group in an efficient, no-nonsense format. The 40s work / 20s rest structure keeps the intensity high while giving you just enough recovery to maintain good form and strong reps. Perfect for home training, busy schedules, or anyone looking for a solid full-body workout without complicated setups. Workout Format: 10 Exercises | 2 Rounds 40 sec work / 20 sec rest You’ll move through: • Rack-Hold Squat • Overhead Press • Romanian Deadlift • Bent-Over Row • Back Lunge • Push-Ups • Bicep Curl • Lateral Raise • Upright Row • Renegade Row Repeat the full circuit once more and finish strong.
