Arka Noego i wyjątkowy jubileusz w Bardzie

On Saturday, July 4th, Bardo became the heart of exceptional religious and cultural celebrations marking the 60th anniversary of the coronation of the Statue of Our Lady of Bardo. One of the highlights of this grand celebration was a concert by the legendary band Arka Noego, which brought together residents and visiting pilgrims in the Minor Basilica of Bardo. Noego's Ark performance was part of the week-long celebrations commemorating the events of 1966, when the grace-infused Romanesque wooden statue – known as the Guardian of the Holy Faith – was solemnly crowned. An additional impetus for the celebrations was the finale of the historical project "Monuments of Faith," as part of which, just before the concert, a reconstructed sculpture of the Crucified Christ, destroyed at the end of World War II, was consecrated and unveiled on the historic stone bridge over the Nysa Kłodzka River.
