🫶LONTONG SAYUR🫶 Martin Praja's Recipe Ingredients 1: 1 tbsp Chili Powder (equivalent to 6 fresh red chilies) 3 tbsp Water Ingredients 2: 12 Shallots 5 cloves Garlic 4 Roasted Candlenuts ½ tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Shrimp Paste 4 tbsp Cooking Oil Ingredients 3: 2 stalks Lemongrass 3 cm Galangal 2 pieces of Bay Leaves 500 ml Stock Water 500 ml Coconut Milk Solution 500 gr Chayote 200 gr Long Beans 1 ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar ½ tsp Pepper Powder Fillings: Lontong Fried Onions Crackers Balado Eggs How to Make: 1. Mix ingredient 1 (chili powder and water) until it becomes a paste. 2. Put all ingredients 2 (shallots, garlic, roasted candlenuts, turmeric powder, shrimp paste and cooking oil) and chili paste into a blender, then puree. 3. Saute the ground spices together with lemongrass, galangal and bay leaves, cook until done. 4. Add broth, coconut milk solution and long beans, bring to a boil. 5. After boiling, add chayote, season with salt, sugar and pepper powder. Cook until done and the pumpkin is tender. 6.
