It was a goal of mine to find and restore a toy that had bad rust damage. This Nylint Dump Truck did not disappoint me. To complete this restoration I had to work hard on removing the rust and downsizing the rust pits. Sandblasting helped out a lot but I knew I would need to go old school sanding by hand. Furthermore, I tried something new on this restoration by utilizing bondo to fill in the rust pits and minor dings. Overall, the truck came out almost brand new.
